Cookies Policy

Effective date: September 05, 2026

This page lists the cookies AnthonyLaMorte.com uses, what each one does, and how long it lasts. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy, which covers personal information more broadly.

What cookies are

A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser. Some are necessary for the site to function at all, such as remembering what is in your shopping cart. Others tell us how visitors use the site or help us measure our advertising.

Your choice

When you first visit, a banner appears at the bottom of the page offering Accept and Decline. You can change your mind at any time using the Cookie settings link in our footer.

Analytics and advertising cookies run by default until you decline. If you decline, we stop them and delete the ones already on your device. Essential cookies continue either way, because the site cannot work without them. Declining does not affect your ability to browse, use the cart, or complete a purchase.

Essential cookies

These are required for the website, the shopping cart, and checkout to function. They are not used for tracking or advertising, and they are not affected by your consent choice.

PayPal. If you pay using PayPal, PayPal places several cookies in order to keep your session secure, remember your language, and detect fraud. These are set by PayPal rather than by us, are required to take payment, and are described in PayPal’s own cookie statement at paypal.com.

Analytics cookies

These tell us how many people visit, which pages they read, and how they found us. We use this to improve the site. These stop if you decline.

Advertising cookies

These let us measure whether our advertising reaches the right people. These stop if you decline.

Declining also stops information being sent about you from our website’s server directly to Meta, which is described in more detail in our Privacy Policy.

Cookies from other companies

Some pages load content from other companies, and those companies may set their own cookies that we cannot control or delete. Deleting a cookie belonging to another website is something no site is permitted to do; you can remove them through your browser settings.

  • Google may set a cookie named NID when its services load. Google uses it for its own purposes across the websites it serves.
  • Meta may set a cookie named fr on facebook.com. This belongs to your Facebook session, not to our site.
  • PayPal sets cookies on paypal.com when you use it to pay.
  • YouTube may set cookies if a page contains an embedded video.

Things that are not cookies

Our accessibility toolbar saves your display preferences, such as larger text or higher contrast, in your own browser’s storage rather than in a cookie. Nothing is sent to us or to anyone else, and clearing your browser data removes it.

Managing cookies in your browser

Every major browser lets you view, block, and delete cookies through its settings, usually under Privacy or Security. Blocking all cookies will stop the shopping cart from working, so if you plan to order from us, use the Decline option on our banner instead. It switches off analytics and advertising while leaving checkout intact.

Changes to this policy

If we add or remove software that uses cookies, we will update this page and change the effective date at the top.
